Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 213431. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Kondensationsproduktes des Fluoranthens. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stickstoff haltiges Kondensationsprodukt des Fluoran- thens hergestellt werden kann, wenn man das nach Schweiz. Patent Nr. 216592 durch Behandeln von Monobrom-(4'-benzoylamino- 1'-anthrachinonyl-)aminofluoranthen mit kon densierenden Mitteln und Umsetzen des er haltenen Produktes mit 1-Amino-4-berizoyl- aminoa.nthrachinon erhältliche Produkt mit kondensierenden Mitteln behandelt.
Das neue Kondensationsprodukt ist ein schwarzes Pulver, das Baumwolle aus schwarz oliver Küpe in reinen schwarzbraunen Tönen färbt. Es ist praktisch identisch mit dem nach Patent Nr. 213431 erhaltenen Produkt.
Als kondensierende Mittel, die sauren oder alkalischen Charakter besitzen und die für siele allein, gegebenenfalls miteinander kom biniert oder zusammen mit indifferenten Lö- sungs- bezw. Verdünnungsmitteln verwendet werden können, kommen in Betracht: Alu miniumchlorid, Natriumamid, Acetylchlorid, Benzoylchlorid, Chlorsulfonsäure und beson ders hochprozentige Schwefelsäure. Die Ein wirkung der kondensierenden Mittel kann bei tiefer, mittlerer oder gegebenenfalls stark erhöhter Temperatur vorgenommen werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1 Teil des nach dem Verfahren des Pa tentes Nr. 216592 erhältlichen Produktes wird in 18,2 Teile 96 o/oige Schwefelsäure eingetragen und 31/2 Stunden bei 60 bis 65 o gerührt. Nun trägt man in Eis, gibt 0,3 Teile Natriumnitrit zu und rührt 6 Stunden bei 0 bis 51'. Der erhaltene Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, neutral gewaschen und getrocknet.

Diluents can be used: aluminum chloride, sodium amide, acetyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, chlorosulfonic acid and special high-percentage sulfuric acid. The action of the condensing agents can be carried out at low, medium or, if appropriate, greatly increased temperature.
<I> Example: </I> 1 part of the product obtainable by the process of patent no. 216592 is added to 18.2 parts of 96% sulfuric acid and stirred for 31/2 hours at 60 to 65 °. It is now carried in ice, 0.3 part of sodium nitrite is added and the mixture is stirred for 6 hours at 0 to 51 minutes. The dye obtained is filtered off, washed neutral and dried.
