Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden"dass man einen neuen Küpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man .den Farb stoff, der erhältlich ist durch Behandeln mit Ätzalkalien des Kondensationsproduktes aus 1-Aminoanthrachinon und 1-Benz-brom-6- methylbenzanthron, in einer wässerigen Schwefelsäure, deren Wassergehalt höch stens<B>15%</B> beträgt, mit Brom behandelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefel säure mit olivegrüner Farbe löst und Baum wolle aus,der alkalischen Hydrosulfitküpe in echten, insbesondere chlorechten, oliven Tönen färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 46 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dem Kon densationsprodukt von 1-Aminoanthrachinon und 1-Benz-brom-,6-methylbenzathron werden in 500 Teilen 88%iger Schwefelsäure gelöst, dazu werden langsam bei gewöhnlicher Tem peratur 18 Teile Brom getropft und. die Masse langsam auf 45 bis<B>55'</B> erwärmt. Man hält diese Temperatur so lange, bis alles Brom verbraucht ist, trägt auf Wasser aus, filtriert, wäscht neutral und trocknet.
