Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     stickstoffhaltigen        H.üpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen     Küpen-          farbstoffes    angegeben, bei dem in der     Bzl-          Stellung    negativ substituiertes 2 .     N-Pyrazol-          anthronylbenzanthron    mit-einem alkalischen  Kondensationsmittel behandelt wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man eben  falls einen neuen, wertvollen,     stickstoffhaltigen          Küpenfarbstoff    mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften  erhält, wenn man in der     Bzl-Stellung    nega  tiv substituiertes 2.     N-Pyrazolarrthr-onyl-6-          chlorbenzanthron    (erhalten zum Beispiel durch  Kondensation von     Pyrazolanthron    mit einem  in der     Bzl-Stellung    negativ substituierten 2  Halogen-6-chlorbenzanthron) mit einem alka  lischen Kondensationsmittel behandelt. Hier  bei wird der in     Bzl-Stellung    befindliche ne  gative     Substituent    abgespalten.  



  Der erhaltene     Farbstoff    löst sich in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe    und färbt Baumwolle aus violetter     Küpe    in  violetten Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20 Teile 2 .     N-Py        -azolarrthronyl-6    .     Bzl-di-          chlorbenzanthrorr,    erhalten zum Beispiel durch  Kondensation von     Pyrazolanthron    mit     2.6-          Bzl-Trichlorbenzanthron    (hellbraune     Blättehen     aus Nitrobenzol), werden in eine 1400 C  heisse Mischung von 200 Teilen     Ätzkali    und  200 Teilen     Äthylalkohol    eingetragen.     AIan     rührt solange, bis die     Farbstoffbildung    be  endet ist.

   Der Farbstoff wird durch Eingiessen  der Schmelze in Wasser und Einleiten von  Luft in die alkalische Flüssigkeit aufge  arbeitet.

  The dye obtained dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color and dyes cotton from a purple vat in purple tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 20 parts 2. N-Py -azolarrthronyl-6. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoff haltigen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass man in der tzl-Stellung nega tiv substituiertes 2..N-Pyrazolanthronyl-6- chlorbenzanthron mit einem alkalischen Kon densationsmittel behandelt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus violetter güpe in violetten Tönen. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a nitrogen-containing vat dye, characterized in that 2..N-pyrazolanthronyl-6-chlorobenzanthrone which is negatively substituted in the tzl position is treated with an alkaline condensation agent.
