Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines neuen     Küpenfarbstoffes    be  schrieben, wonach man     Pyrazolanthron    mit       1-Amino-2-halogenanthrachinorien    in Gegen  wart von alkalischen Kondensationsmitteln  in der Wärme behandelt.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen  ähnlich wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoff    erhalten  kann, wenn man ein     2-Stellung    durch Ha  logen substituiertes     Pyrazolanthron    mit     1.4-          Diaminoanthrachinon    in Gegenwart eines al  kalischen Kondensationsmittels in der Wärme  behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene     Farbstoff    färbt Baumwolle  aus blauer     Küpe    in blauen Tönen, die an  der Luft in ein     grünstichiges        ("Trau    übergehen  und löst sich in     konzentierter    Schwefelsäure  mit blauer Farbe.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man erhitzt 18 Teile     2-Brompyrazol-          anthron,    29 Teile     1.4-Diamiiioanthrachinon,       10,3 Teile Pottasche, 1,2 Teile Kupferpulver  und 180 Teile Nitrobenzol so lange zum  Sieden, bis die     Farbstoffbildung    beendet ist.  Hierauf lässt man erkalten und trennt den  zum grössten Teil bereits ausgeschiedenen       Farbstoff    in bekannter Weise vom Lösungs  mittel ab. Man kann zum     Beispiel    zunächst  zum Abtrennen von Nitrobenzol mit Alkohol  verdünnen, absaugen und mit Alkohol und  Wasser waschen.

   Zur Abtrennung vom über  schüssigen     1.4-Diaminoanthrachinon    kann  man den rohen     Farbstoff    zum Beispiel mit  1000 Teilen Schwefelsäure von 70      /o        H2        SO."-          Gehalt    ausziehen. Um den     Farbstoff    in reine  Form zu bringen, kristallisiert man ihn  zweckmässig aus kochendem     Trichlorbenzol     um.

  The dye obtained dyes cotton from a blue vat in blue tones, which in the air change to a greenish trau and dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color.



  <I> Example: </I> 18 parts of 2-bromopyrazole anthrone, 29 parts of 1,4-diamioanthraquinone, 10.3 parts of potash, 1.2 parts of copper powder and 180 parts of nitrobenzene are heated to the boil until the dye formation has ended . It is then allowed to cool and the dye, which has for the most part already separated out, is separated from the solvent in a known manner. For example, to separate nitrobenzene, one can first dilute with alcohol, suction off and wash with alcohol and water.

   To separate the excess 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone, the crude dye can be extracted, for example, with 1000 parts of sulfuric acid with a content of 70 / o H2 SO. "

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a vat dye, characterized in that a Pprazolanthron, which is substituted in the 2-position by halogen, is treated with heat in the presence of an alkaline condensation agent. The dye obtained dyes cotton from a blue vat in blue tones which change to a greenish gray in the air and dissolve in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color.
