Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr.<B>128228.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen,  gleichzeitig Chrom- und schwefelhaltigen Farb  stoff erhält, wenn man die Chromverbindung  des     Azofarbstoffes    aus dianotierter     1,2-Amirio-          naphthol-4-sulfosäure    und     a-Naphthol    mit  Schwefel abgebenden Mitteln in Gegenwart       von    Äthylalkohol behandelt.  



  Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff stellt  ein blauschwarzes Pulver dar, er ist in Was  ser unlöslich und färbt aus     schwefelnatrium-          haltigem    Bade Baumwolle in echten blauen,  gut wasch- und lichtechten Tönen an.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  30 Gewichtsteile des chromhaltigen Farb  stoffes aus     a-Naphthol    und dianotierter 1,2  Aminonaphthol-4-sulfosäui-e werden in einer  alkoholischen     Natriumpolysulfidlösung,    berei  tet aus 201 Teilen Alkohol, 108,5 Teilen kri  stallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und 43,2 Teilen  Schwefel, kochend gelöst und längere Zeit  am     Rückfluss    gelocht. Nach dieser Zeit wird    von anorganischen Salzen und ausgeschie  denem     Schwefel    heiss     abfiltriert,    das Filtrat  mit Wasser verdünnt und der Alkohol ab  destilliert. Man filtriert den ausgeschiedenen  Farbstoff, wäscht ihn gut nach mit     Wasser     und trocknet vorsichtig.

After this time, inorganic salts and precipitated sulfur are filtered off hot, the filtrate is diluted with water and the alcohol is distilled off. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, gleichzeitig Chrom- und schwefelhaltigen Farb stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Chromverbindung des Azofarbstoffes aus dia- zotierter 1,2-Aminonaphthol-4-sulfosäure und a-Naphthol mit Schwefel abgebenden Mitteln in Gegenwart von Äthylalkohol behandelt.
