Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen,  gleichzeitig Chrom- und schwefelhaltigen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man die Chromver  bindung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          1,2-Aminonaphthol-4-sulfosäure    und     a-Naph-          thol    mit Schwefel abgebenden Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff stellt  ein blauschwarzes Pulver dar, er ist in Was  ser unlöslich, in Schwefelalkalien mit rötlich  blauer Farbe löslich und färbt aus     schwefel-          natriumhaltigem    Bade Baumwolle in rot  stichig blauen, gut wasch- und lichtechten  Tönen an.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Auflösung von 96 Teilen Schwe  fel in 240 Teilen kristallisiertem Schwefel  natrium und 100 Teilen     -Wasser    trägt, man  60 Teile der Chromverbindung des     Azofarb-          stoffes    aus     diazotierter        1,2-Aminonaphthol-4-          sulfosäure    und     a-Naphthol    (hergestellt nach  dem Verfahren des D. R. P. Nr. 369585)  ein und kocht längere Zeit unter Rühren am       Rückfluss.    Die Temperatur beträgt 104 bis    <B>106'.</B> Der schwefelhaltige Farbstoff fällt  nach einiger Zeit aus.

   Dann wird     abfiltriert,     der Rückstand mit 5     %iger    Kochsalzlösung  unter Zusatz von etwas     Natriumsulfit    auf  gekocht, nochmals filtriert, mit verdünnter  Kochsalzlösung nachgewaschen und vorsich  tig getrocknet.

  The new dye obtained in this way is a blue-black powder, it is insoluble in water, soluble in alkaline sulfur with a reddish blue color and stains cotton from sulfur-sodium-containing baths in red, pale blue, well washable and lightfast shades.



  <I> Example: </I> In a solution of 96 parts of sulfur in 240 parts of crystallized sodium sulfur and 100 parts of water, 60 parts of the chromium compound of the azo dye from diazotized 1,2-aminonaphthol-4-sulfonic acid are carried and a-naphthol (produced by the method of DRP No. 369585) and refluxed for a long time with stirring. The temperature is 104 to 106 '. The sulfur-containing dye precipitates after a while.

   It is then filtered off, the residue is boiled with 5% sodium chloride solution with the addition of a little sodium sulfite, filtered again, washed with dilute sodium chloride solution and carefully dried.
