  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    138024.    Verfahren     zür    Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn       man    ;

  den     ehromhaltigen    Farbstoff, der  durch Behandlung des     Azofa.rbstoff(,-s,    aus  der nitrierten     1-Diazo-2-oxynaplitlialin-4-          su-Ifos#Lure    und     a-Naplitliol    mit     Chromformiat     in der     Whirme    und in Gegenwart von     Na-          triumacetat    entsteht, mit     Kupferverbindun-          -en,    die durch Einwirkung von     ÄtzaJkalien     auf Kupfersalze in Gegenwart von Glyzerin  entstehen, behandelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff ist in Wasser     mit          viol,ett,se,liwarzer,    in<B>10</B>     %icer    Natronlauge  mit rötlich braunvioletter und in     konzen-          trierter    Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe lös  lich. Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>50</B> Teile des Farbstoffes aus der nitrier  ten     1.-Diazo#-,-)-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfos#Lure    und       a-NLapht,liol    -werden, in<B>600</B> Teilen Wasser un  ter Zusatz von<B>7</B> Teilen     Natrontauge   <B>30<I>'</I></B><I> B6</I>         ge     n löst und mit<B>15</B> Teilen     krist,        Natriumacetat,     sowie einer Lösung von 21 Teilen     Chrom-          formiat,    enthaltend 40<B>%</B>     Cr#A,1,    in<B>100</B> Teilen  Wasser versetzt. Man     hocht    drei Stunden rück  fliessend und filtriert.  



  Eine<B>50</B> Teilen des     chromhaltigen    Farb  stoffes entsprechende Mengen dieser Lösung  wird bei<B>30 '</B> mit, einer kupferhaltigen Lösung  aus<B>2,5</B> Teilen Kupfersulfat     krist.,   <B>15</B> Teilen  Glyzerin,<B>5 5</B> Teilen Natronlauge<B>3,0 '</B> B6 und  400 Teilen Wasser versetzt. Man     lässt    über  Nachtstehen, bringt sodann die teilweise     un-          löslich.a.,b#ges#r,hieid,en,eCr-Cu-Verbindung    durch  Zugabe von<B>30</B> Teilen Essigsäure und<B>Ei</B>     r-          wärmenauf    40<B>'</B> in Lösung, filtriert salzt aus  und trocknet wie     übheh.
