  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    138024.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallhaltigein        Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass'        ma-n    einen,  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn       man    den chromhaltigen Farbstoff,     der     durch Behandlung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus  der     nitrierten.        1-D-ia-zo-2-oxynaplithalin-4-          .-3u,Ifosä,

  ure    und     a-Naphthol    mit     Chromformiat     in     dIer    Wärme und in Gegenwart von     Na-          triuma,cet,a,t,    entsteht, mit Kupfersalzen be  handelt.  



  Der neue, Farbstoff     ist    in Wasser mit       violett,schwarzer,    in<B>10</B>     %iger        Natronlau,---e     mit rötlich braunvioletter und in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe     lö#s-          lich.    Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    <B>50</B> Teile des     Parbstoffes    aus, der     nitrier-          fen        1-Di,a,zo-2-oxynaphtha#lin-4-sulfosäure    und       a-.Naph,tlio,1    werden in<B>600</B> Teilen Wasser     un-          ter.Zusatz    von<B>7</B> Teilen     Nalronlauge   <B>30 '</B> B6       0T1        Iöst        und        mit        15        Teilen        krist.        Natiiumaüetat,       sowie einer Lösung von 2,

  1 Teilen     Climim-          f        ormiat,    enthaltend 40     lo        Cr2Q"    in<B>100</B> Teilen  Wasser versetzt. Man kocht drei Stunden     rück-          niessend    und     fütliert.     



  Diese Lösung wird mit<B>100</B> Teilen einer  Lösung,     enthaftend   <B>25</B> Teile Kupfersulfat,  und<B>30</B> Teile     krist.        Natriumaeetat,    versetzt.  Man hält das Gemisch zwei Stunden auf<B>80</B>  bis<B>90 ' C,</B> filtriert, salzt aus und trocknet  in üblicher Weise.
