Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoifes.       Es wurde gefunden,     da-ss'    man einen  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den chromhaltigen Farbstoff, der  durch Behandlung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus  der     nitrierten        1-Dia.zo-2-oxynaphthalin-4-          sudfosä.ure    und     a-Naphthol    mit     Chromformiat     in der Wärme und in     Gegenwart    von     Na-          triumaeetat    entsteht, mit     a,mmonia.kalischen          Kupfersalzlösungen    behandelt.

    



       Der,    neue Farbstoff ist in Wasser     mit          vioalettschwarzer,    in 10 %     iger    Natronlauge  mit rötlich braunvioletter und in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe lös  lich. Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  50 Teile des Farbstoffes     aus,    der nitrier  ten     1-Dia.zo-2-axynaphtha@lin-4-sulfosäure    und       a-Nap.hthol    werden in 600 Teilen. Wasser un  ter Zusatz von 7 Teilen Natronlauge<B>30'</B>       Be          gelöst    und mit 15 Teilen     krist.        Natriumacetat,     sowie einer Lösung von 21 Teilen Chrom-         formiat,    enthaltend.     40,%        Cr@03,    in 100 Teilen  Wasser versetzt. Man kocht drei Stunden rück  fliessend und     filtriert.     



  Eine 50 Teilen des. so erhaltenen     chrom-          haltigen    Farbstoffes entsprechende Menge  dieser Lösung wird bei 30 bis; 40' mit einer Lö  sung, aus 25 Teilen; Kupfersulfat in     2Q0    Teilen       ZVasser    und 50 Teilen Ammoniak 24 %, ver  setzt, wobei sich die     Chrom-Kupferverbin-          dung    ausscheidet. Nach zwei Stunden Rühren  bei 30 bis 40   wird dieselbe durch     Abnut-          schen        isoliert.    Mau schlemmt den Farbstoff  in 500 Teilen Wasser, welchem 20 Teile  84%ige Essigsäure zugesetzt worden sind,  auf.

   Durch einstündiges, Rühren bei 50 bis  60   C geht der Farbstoff     in.    Lösung und wird  nach dem Filtrieren durch     Aussalzen    ab  geschieden.
