Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen metall  haltigen Farbstoff durch Behandeln des     Azo-          farbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem        5-Nitro-2-ainino-          1-plienol    und     2-Amiironaphtalin    mit     kobalt-          abgebenden        Mitteln    in alkalischem Medium  erhalten kann, wenn diese     Behandlung    in  Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige    Farbstoff stellt  ein blauschwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in  organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht mit grün  blauer Farbe löst und mit     Nitro-    oder     Acetyl-          zelluloselacken    auf geeigneten Unterlagen       grünstichig    blaue, bis     grünstichig    blauschwarze  Überzüge ergibt.  



       Beispiel:     30,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotiertem          5-Nitro-2-arnirro-l-phenol    und     2-Aniinorraphta-          linwerden    mit 200 Teilen Wasser und 27 Teilen       30        %iger        Natronlauge        angerührt.        Dazu        gibt     man eine Lösung     aris    14,1 Teilen kristalli  siertes     Kobaltsulfat        (C0804.7H20),    3.75 Teilen  Weinsäure, 150 Teilen Wasser und     2VTeilen     Natronlauge.

   Hierauf erwärmt man<B>1</B> bis 2    Stunden auf<B>70-750,</B> versetzt dann bis zur  schwach     bikarbonatalkalischen    Reaktion mit  verdünnter Essigsäure, filtriert den ausge  schiedenen Farbstoff ab, wäscht neutral und  trocknet.

A solution of 14.1 parts of crystallized cobalt sulfate (C0804.7H20), 3.75 parts of tartaric acid, 150 parts of water and 2 parts of sodium hydroxide solution are added.

   The mixture is then heated to <B> 70-750 for 1 to 2 hours, then diluted acetic acid is added until a weakly alkaline bicarbonate reaction occurs, the separated dye is filtered off, washed neutral and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes durch Behandeln des Azo- farbstoffes aus diazotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amino- 1-phenol und 2-Aininonaphtalin mit kobalt- abgebenden Mitteln in alkalischem Medium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Behand lung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure erfolgt.
