Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen metall  haltigen     Farbstoff    durch Behandeln des     Azo-          farbstoffes    aus dianotiertem     4-Nitro-2-amino-          1-phenol    und     1.3-Dioxybenzol    mit     kobalt-          abgebenden    Mitteln in alkalischem Medium  erhalten kann, wenn diese Behandlung in  Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige    Farbstoff stellt  ein rotes Pulver dar, das sich sehr leicht in  Alkohol löst und aus einer Lösung in     Nitro-          oder        Acetylzelluloselack    auf geeigneten Unter  lagen sehr lichtechte, rotorange gefärbte Über  züge ergibt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>27,5</B> Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotier  tem     4-Nitro-2-arnirio-l-phenol    und     1.3-Dioxy-          benzol    werden in 300 Teilen Wasser und  13 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Natronlauge aufgeschlämmt  und bei 40   mit einer     Kobaltlösung    aus 14,1  Teilen kristallisiertem     Kobaltsulfat,    3,75 Teilen  Weinsäure, 50 Teilen Wasser und 27 Teilen  30     o/oiger    Natronlauge versetzt.

   Man erwärmt  2 Stunden auf 65-70<B>0</B> und 2 Stunden auf         70-7511,    filtriert von etwas Unlöslichem ab,  fällt die     Kobaltverbindung    aus dem Filtrat  durch Ansäuern mit 10     o/oiger    Ameisensäure,  filtriert und trocknet bei mässiger Temperatur.
