  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 165155.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen me  tallhaltigen Farbstoff durch Behandeln des       Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-          pyrazolon    mit     manganabgebenden    Mitteln in  alkalischem Medium erhalten kann, wenn  diese Behandlung in Gegenwart von Salzen  der Zitronensäure erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     manganhaltige    Farbstoff  stellt ein gelbrotes Pulver dar, das in Alkohol  mit oranger Farbe löslich ist und aus einer  Lösung in     Nitrozelluloselack    auf geeigneten  Unterlagen gelborange gefärbte Überzüge gibt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  6,72 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotier  tem     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und     1-Phenyl-          3-methyl-5-pyrazolort    werden in 400 Teilen  Wasser und 2,7 Teilen     3011/oiger    Natronlauge  aufgeschlämmt und mit einer Lösung aus  4,6 Teilen kristallisiertem     Mangansulfat,    30  Teilen Wasser, 8,5 Teilen Zitronensäure und  20 Teilen     3011/oiger    Natronlauge kurze Zeit    am     Rückfluss    zum Kochen erhitzt. Nach dem  Erkalten neutralisiert man     rnit    Essigsäure,  filtriert den ausgeschiedenen     Farbstoff    ab  und trocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes durch Behandeln des Azofarbstoffes aus diazotiertem 4-Nitro-2- amino-1-phenol und 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon mit manganabgebenden Mitteln in alkalischem Medium, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass diese Behandlung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Zitronensäure erfolgt.
