Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen metall  haltigen Farbstoff durch Behandeln des     Azo-          farbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem        5-Nitro-4-chloi--          2-amino-l.phenol    und     2-Aminonaphthalin    mit       kobaltabgebendenMitteln    in alkalischem Me  dium erhalten kann, wenn diese Behandlung  in Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure er  folgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige        Farbstoff    stellt  ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich sehr leicht  in Alkohol löst und aus einer Lösung in       Nitro-    oder     Acetylzelluloselack    auf geeigneten  Unterlagen lichtechte, blauschwarze Überzüge  ergibt.  



       Beispiel:     34,2 Gewichtsteile des Farbstoffes aus       diazotiertem        5-Niti,o-4-eblor-2-amitio-l-phenol     und     2-Aminonaphthalin    werden in 600 Teilen  Wasser und 27 Teilen 30     %iger    Natronlauge  aufgeschlämmt und bei 40 0 mit einer Kobalt  lösung aus 13,4 Teilen kristallisiertem Kobalt  sulfat, 3,5 Teilen Weinsäure, 50 Teilen Wasser       und        25        Teileis        30        %iger        Natronlauge        versetzt.       Man erwärmt auf 65 0 und hält während 4  Stunden auf 65-75 0.

   Hierauf wird der aus  geschiedene Farbstoff     abfiltriert,    neutral ge  waschen und bei mässiger Temperatur ge  trocknet.
