Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthal-          tigen        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet,     da.ss    man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-ph,enol-4-ä:thylsulfon    mit     Acetessig-          säure-2,6-ehlor-methylanilid    kuppelt und die  erhaltene Verbindung mit     kobalt.abgebenden          b-litteln    behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          stoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar, das        'olle    aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr     guter    Wasch-,  Walk-, Seewasser-, Reib- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,1 Teile     2-Amino-Phenol-4-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem Wasser mit  17,5 Teilen     konz.        Salzsäure        gelöst,    auf 5      ab-          gekühlt    und mit einer     33proz.        N.Tatriumnit.rit-          lösung    (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit          1001/o)        dia.zotiert.    Durch Zugabe von Na  triumbicarbonat stellt man neutral und giesst  die     Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0 bis 5  in eine  Lösung von 23,

  7 Teilen     Acetessigsäure-          2,6-ehlor-methylanilid,    111     Volumteilen        10n-          Natronlauge    und 12 Teilen wasserfreier Soda  in 800 Teilen     Wasser.    Nach Beendigung der       Farbstoffbildung    filtriert man den ausgefalle-         nen    Farbstoff ab und wäscht ihn mit ver  dünnter Kochsalzlösung aus.

   Danach schlämmt  man ihn in 800 Teilen     Wasser    von 80  an,  gibt 60 Teile     Kobaltaeetatlösung    (entspre  chend 3,54 Teilen Kobalt)     zu,    erhitzt während  drei     Stunden    auf 80 , stellt durch Zugabe von  Soda alkalisch und erhitzt noch weitere drei  Stunden auf 80 bis 85 . Hierauf gibt man       Kochsalz    zu, bis der     kobalthaltige    Farbstoff       vollständig    ausgefallen     ist,        filtriert    ab und  trocknet.

   Der neue Farbstoff, ein gelbbraunes  Pulver, färbt Wolle     aus    neutralem oder  schwach saurem Bade in gelben Tönen von  sehr guter Wasch-, Walk-, Seewasser-,     Reib-          und        Lichtechtheit.

  The new, cobalt-containing azo dye obtained is a yellow-brown powder which colors olle from neutral or weakly acidic baths in yellow shades of very good fastness to washing, fulling, seawater, rubbing and light.



  <I> Example: </I> 20.1 parts of 2-amino-phenol-4-ethyl-sulfone are concentrated in 250 parts of hot water with 17.5 parts. Dissolved hydrochloric acid, cooled to 5 and with a 33 per cent. N. sodium nitrite solution (corresponding to 6.9 parts sodium nitrite 1001 / o) dia.zotiert. Table salt is then added until the cobalt-containing dye has completely precipitated, filtered off and dried.

   The new dye, a yellow-brown powder, dyes wool from neutral or weakly acidic baths in yellow shades of very good fastness to washing, fulling, sea water, rubbing and light.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalthal- tigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Ainino-phenol-4-äthyl- sulfon mit Acetessigsäure-2,6-chlor-methyl- anilid kuppelt und die erhaltene Verbindung mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
