Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobaltha.l-          tigen        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass     nlan        diazotiertes     2-     Amino-phenol-4-ätliylsulfon    mit.     1-(3'-Me-          thyl)-phenyl-3-methyl@5,-py-razolon        kuppelt     und die erhaltene     Verbindung    mit.

       kobalt-          abgebenden    Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          stoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar, das  Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr guter Wasch-,  Walk-,     Seewasser-,    Reib- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.  



       Beispiel:     20,1. Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem Nasser mit.  17,5 Teilen     konz.    Salzsäure gelöst, auf 5  ab  gekühlt und mit einer     33proz.        Natriumnitrit-          lösung    (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen     Natrium-          Iiitrit        7000/0.)    direkt     diazotiert.    Durch Zugabe  von     Natrium-biearbonat    stellt man neutral  und giesst die     Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0 bis  5  in eine Lösung von 19,

  7 Teilen 1-     (3'-Me-          i.liyl)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon,    11     Volum-          teilen        1.On-Natronlauge    und 12 'Teilen wasser  freier Soda in 1000 Teilen Wasser.  



  Nachdem die     Farbstoffbildung    beendet ist,  filtriert. man heiss den mit Kochsalz aus-    gefällten Farbstoff ab und wäscht ihn  verdünnter Kochsalzlösung aus. Danach  schlämmt man ihn in 800 Teilen Wasser von  80  an, gibt 60 Teile     Kobaltlösung        (entspre-          ehend    3,54 Teilen Kobalt) zu, erhitzt wäh  rend drei Stunden auf 80 bis 85 , stellt durch  Zugabe von Soda alkalisch und erhitzt noch  weitere drei Stunden auf 80 bis 85 . Hierauf  gibt man     Kochsalz    zu, bis der     kobalthaltige     Farbstoff vollständig ausgefallen ist, filtriert  ab und trocknet.

   Der neue Farbstoff, ein  gelbbraunes Pulver, färbt Wolle aus neutra  lem oder schwach saurem Bade in gelben Tö  nen von sehr guter Wasch-, Walk-, Seewasser-,  Reib- und     Liehteehtheit.

   The new dye, a yellow-brown powder, dyes wool from neutral or weakly acidic baths in yellow tones with very good washing, fulling, seawater, rubbing and lightness resistance.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalt- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Amino- phenol-4-äthylsulfon mit 1-(3'-ll;ethyl)-phe- nyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt und die erhaltene Verbindung mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
