Description

  

  verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobathal-          tigen        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-phenol-4-ät.hylsulfon    mit     Acetessig-          säirre-m-toluidid    kuppelt und die erhaltene  Verbindung mit.     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          stoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar, das  Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr guter Wasch-,  Walk-, Seewasser-, Reib- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,1 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem Wasser mit  1.7,5 Teilen     konz.    Salzsäure gelöst, auf 5  ab  gekühlt und mit einer     33proz.    Natrium  nitritlösung (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen     Na-          triumnit.rit        100%)        diazotiert.        Durch        Zugabe     von     Natriumbicarbonat    stellt man neutral und  giesst die     Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0 bis 5   in eine Lösung von 20,1 Teilen     Acetessig-          säure-m-toluidid,

      11     Volumteilen        10n-Natron-          lauge    und 12 Teilen wasserfreier Soda in  800 Teilen Wasser. Nach     Beendigung    der       Fa.rbstoffbildung        filtriert    man den aus  gefallenen Farbstoff ab und wäscht ihn mit    verdünnter Kochsalzlösung aus. Danach  schlämmt man ihn in 800 Teilen Wasser     von.     80  an, gibt 60 Teile     Kobaltacetatlösung    (ent  sprechend 3,54 Teilen Kobalt) zu, erhitzt wäh  rend drei Stunden auf 80 , stellt durch Zu  gabe von Soda     alkalisch    und erhitzt noch wei  tere drei Stunden auf 80     bis    85 .

   Hierauf gibt  man Kochsalz zu, bis der     kobalthaltige    Farb  stoff vollständig     ausgefallen    ist, filtriert ab  und trocknet. Der neue Farbstoff, ein gelb  braunes Pulver, färbt Wolle aus neutralem  oder schwach saurem Bade in gelben Tönen  von sehr guter Wasch-,     Walk-,        Seewasser-,     Reib- und Lichtechtheit.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalt- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass' man diazotiertes 2-Amino-phenol- 4-äthylsulfon mit Acetessigsäure-m-toluidid kuppelt und die erhaltene Verbindung mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
