Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes     ist    ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kohalthal-          tigen        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch     gekennzeiehnet,        da.ss    man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-phenol-4-äthylsulfon    mit     Acetessig-          sättre-p-phenetidid    kuppelt und die erhaltene  Verbindung mit.     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          stoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar, das  Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr guter Wasch-,  Walk-, Seewasser-, Reib- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,1 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem Wasser mit  1.7,5 Teilen     konz.        Salzsäure    gelöst, auf 5  ab  gekühlt. und mit einer     33proz.        Natriumnitrit-          lösung    (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen Natrium  nitrit 10014)     diazotiert.    Durch Zugabe von       Natriumbicarbonat    stellt man neutral und  giesst die     Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0 bis 5   in eine Lösung von 23,2 Teilen     Acetessigsäure-          p-phenetidid,

      11     Volumteilen        10n-Natronlauge     und 12 Teilen wasserfreier Soda in 800 Teilen  Wasser. Nach     Beendigung    der     Farbstoffbil-          dung    filtriert man den ausgefallenen Farb-         stoff    ab und wäscht ihn mit verdünnter Koch  salzlösung aus. Danach schlämmt man ihn     in     800 Teilen Wasser von 80  an, gibt 60 Teile       Kobaltacetatlösung    (entsprechend 3,54 Teilen  Kobalt) zu, erhitzt während drei Stunden auf  80 , stellt durch Zugabe von Soda alkalisch -und  erhitzt noch weitere drei Stunden auf 80 bis  85 .

   Hierauf gibt man     Kochsalz    zu, bis der     ko-          balthaltige    Farbstoff     vollständig    ausgefallen  ist, filtriert ab und trocknet. Der neue Farb  stoff, ein gelbbraunes Pulver, färbt Wolle     aus     neutralem oder schwach saurem Bade in gel  ben Tönen von sehr guter Wasch-,     Walk-,    See  wasser-, Reib-     und    Lichtechtheit.

      11 parts by volume of 10N sodium hydroxide solution and 12 parts of anhydrous soda in 800 parts of water. Then it is suspended in 800 parts of 80 water, 60 parts of cobalt acetate solution (corresponding to 3.54 parts of cobalt) are added, heated to 80 for three hours, made alkaline by adding soda and heated to 80 to 85 for a further three hours .

   Table salt is then added until the cobalt-containing dye has completely precipitated, filtered off and dried. The new dye, a yellow-brown powder, dyes wool from neutral or weakly acidic baths in yellow shades that are very good fastness to washing, fulling, sea water, rubbing and light.
