Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde     gefunden,    dass man einen me  tallhaltigen     Farbstoff    durch Behandeln des       Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem        2-Amino-l-          phenol-4-sulfamid    und     2-Oxynaphthalin    mit       kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln in alkalischem  Medium erhalten kann; wenn diese Behand  lung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure  erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige        Farbstoff    stellt  ein blaurotes Pulver dar, das aus einer Lö  sung in     Nitro-    oder     Aeetylzelluloselack    auf  geeigneten Unterlagen blaurote Überzüge gibt.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  34,3 Gewichtsteile des     Farbstoffes    aus     dia-          zotiertem        2-Amino-l-phenol-4-sulfamid        und          2-Oxynaphthalin    werden in 400 Teilen Wasser       und        16        Teilen        30        %iger        Natronlauge        aufge-          schlämmt,    bei 50 0 mit einer Lösung aus  14,1 Teilen kristallisiertem     gobaltsulfat,     3,75 Teilen Weinsäure,

   50 Teilen Wasser       und        27        Teilen        30        %        iger        Natronlauge        ver-          setzt    und während 6 Stunden am     Rüekffuss-          kühler    zum Sieden erhitzt.

   Hierauf gibt man         noch        14        Teile        30        %        iger        Natronlauge        zu        und     filtriert den völlig gelösten     Farbstoff    von  etwas ungelöstem     gobalthydroxydschlamm          ab,

          stellt        das        Filtrat        mit        10        %        iger        Ameisen-          säure        lakmussauer,    filtriert den ausgeschie  denen Farbstoff ab, wäscht mit ameisen  saurem Wasser aus und trocknet bei mässiger  Temperatur.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes durch Behandeln des Azofarbstoffes aus diazotiertem 2-Amino-1- phenol-4-sulfamid und 2-Oxynaphthalin mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln in alkalischem Medium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Behandlung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure erfolgt.
