Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen metall  haltigen     Farbstoff    durch Behandeln des     Azo-          farbstoffes    aus dianotierter     2-Aminobenzol-1-          karbonsäure    und     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazo-          lon    mit     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln in alkali  schem Medium erhalten kann, wenn diese  Behandlung in Gegenwart von Salzen der  Weinsäure erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige        Farbstoff    stellt  ein gelbes Pulver dar, das sich in     Nitro-    oder       Acetylzelluloselacken    löst und auf geeigneten  Unterlagen wie zum Beispiel Aluminiumfolien       grünstichig    gelbe Überzüge von ausgezeich  neter     Lichtechtbeit    gibt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    32,3 Teile des Farbstoffes aus dianotierter       2-Aminobenzol-l-karbonsäure    und     1-Phenyl-          3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    werden in 500 Teilen  Wasser und 13 Teilen 30     %iger    Natronlauge  aufgeschlämmt, bei 400 mit einer Kobalt  lösung aus 28,2 Teilen kristallisiertem Kobalt  sulfat, 7,5 Teilen Weinsäure,<B>100</B> Teilen Wasser  und 54 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Natronlauge versetzt  und während 4 Stunden auf 65-75o erwärmt.    Hierauf filtriert man den gelösten     Farbstoff     vom überschüssigen     Kobaltbydrogyd    ab und  neutralisiert das Filtrat mit     10o,1oiger    Essig  säure.

   Die     Kobaltverbindung    des     Farbstoffes     fällt vollständig aus, wird     abfiltriert,    ausge  waschen und bei mässiger Temperatur ge  trocknet.

  The cobalt-containing dye obtained is a yellow powder which dissolves in nitro or acetyl cellulose lacquers and gives greenish-tinged yellow coatings of excellent lightfastness on suitable substrates such as aluminum foils.

      <I> Example: </I> 32.3 parts of the dye from dianotized 2-aminobenzene-1-carboxylic acid and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone are suspended in 500 parts of water and 13 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, at 400 with a cobalt solution of 28.2 parts of crystallized cobalt sulfate, 7.5 parts of tartaric acid, 100 parts of water and 54 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution and heated to 65-75 ° for 4 hours.    The cobalt compound of the dye precipitates completely, is filtered off, washed out and dried at a moderate temperature.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes durch Behandeln des Azofarbstoffes aus dianotierter 2-Aminobenzol- 1-karbonsäure und 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyra- zolon mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln in alka lischem Medium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Behandlung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Weinsäure erfolgt.
