Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen me  tallhaltigen Farbstoff durch Behandeln des       Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotiertem        4-Chlor-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     2-Aminonaphthalin    mit       kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln in alkalischem  Medium erhalten kann, wenn diese Behand  lung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Wein  säure erfolgt.  



  Der erhaltene     kobalthaltige        Farbstoff     stellt ein blauschwarzes Pulver dar, das in  organischen Lösungsmitteln mit blauvioletter  Farbe sehr leicht löslich ist, und aus einer  Lösung in     Nitro-    oder     Acetylzelluloselack     auf geeigneten Unterlagen, wie zum Beispiel  Metallfolien, blauviolette bis     violettschwarze     Überzüge gibt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  14.3 Gewichtsteile     4-Chlor-2-amino-l.-          plieriol    werden mit 21 Teilen 30     0%iger    Salz  säure     und    6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    in übli  cher Weise     diazotiert    und mit einer Lösung  von 15,3 Teilen     2-Aminonaphthalin    in 160    Teilen Wasser und 13,8 Teilen Salzsäure  bei 35-40  gekuppelt.

   Nach Beendigung  der Kupplung versetzt man mit 40 Teilen       30        %iger        Natronlauge        und        bei        450        mit     der aus 14,1 Teilen kristallisiertem Kobalt  sulfat, 3,75 Teilen Weinsäure und 26 Teile  Natronlauge erhaltenen     Kobaltlösung.    Nach  zweistündigem Erwärmen auf<B>65-700</B> wird  der ausgeschiedene     Farbstoff        abfiltriert,    neu  tral gewaschen und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes durch Behandeln des Azofarbstoffes aus diazotiertem 4-Chlor-2- amino-l-phenol und 2-Aminonaphthalin mit kobaltabgebenden Mitteln in alkalischem Me dium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Be handlung in Gegenwart von Salzen der Wein säure erfolgt.
