Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den Farbstoff aus     diazotiertem        5-Nitro-2-          arnino-l-phenol    und     h?-Naphthol    mit der Sus  pension einer Verbindung des zweiwertigen  Kobalts behandelt.  



  Der gebildete     Farbstoff    stellt ein violett  braunes Pulver dar, das in Wasser, sowie  Natronlauge schwer und in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löslich ist.  Aus der     rotstichig    blauen Lösung in     Acetyl-          oder        Nitrozelluloselack    erhält man auf Metall  folien blauviolette Überzüge.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  6,18 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          tem        5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und     ss-Naphthol     werden in 500 Teilen Wasser aufgekocht  und mit einer 1,18 Teilen Kobalt entspre  chenden Menge einer frisch gefällten und  neutral gewaschenen     Kobalthydroxydpaste       während zwei Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt  Nach dem Erkalten wird die gebildete und  ausgeschiedene     Kobaltverbindung        abfiltriert     und getrocknet.

Der gebildete Farbstoff stellt ein violett braunes Pulver dar, das in Wasser, sowie Natronlauge schwer und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löslich ist. Aus der rotstichig blauen Lösung in Acetyl- oder Nitrozelluloselack erhält man auf Metall folien blauviolette Überzüge.
