Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den Farbstoff aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    in Gegenwart  von Alkalien mit     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln  behandelt.  



  Der metallhaltige Farbstoff löst sich in  Wasser und Natronlauge mit braunroter, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braungelber  Farbe. Aus der orange gefärbten Lösung in       Zapon-    oder     Acetylzelluloselack    erhält man  auf geeigneten Unterlagen scharlachrote,  lichtechte Überzüge.  



       Beispiel:     5,48 Gewichtsteile des Farbstoffes aus       diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol    und       Resorcin    werden in 300 Teilen Wasser und  5 Teilen Natronlauge von 36       Be    aufgekocht  und mit einer     Kobaltohydrogy        dsuspension,     erhalten durch Fällen einer Lösung von 2,35  Teilen kristallisiertem     Kobaltchlorür    in 50  Teilen Wasser mit der nötigen Menge Na  tronlauge, einige     Stunden    am     Rückfluss    zum    Kochen erhitzt.

   Hierauf wird die gebildete  neue     Kobaltverbindung    nach dem Erkalten  durch Zusatz von Essigsäure und etwas  Kochsalz abgeschieden, filtriert, ausgewa  schen und bei mässiger Temperatur ge  trocknet.

       Example: 5.48 parts by weight of the dye from diazotized 4-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol and resorcinol are boiled in 300 parts of water and 5 parts of 36 Be sodium hydroxide solution and treated with a cobalt hydrogly dsuspension obtained by precipitating a solution of 2, 35 parts of crystallized cobalt chloride in 50 parts of water with the necessary amount of sodium hydroxide solution, heated to the boil under reflux for a few hours.

   The new cobalt compound formed is then precipitated after cooling by adding acetic acid and a little sodium chloride, filtered, washed out and dried at a moderate temperature.
