Description

  

  Verfahren     zur        Herstellung    eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden     Patentes    ist     ein     Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthal-          tigen        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist. da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-phenol-4-äthylsulfon    mit     Acetessig-          säure-m-nitranilid    kuppelt und die erhaltene  Verbindung mit.     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          Stoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar, das  olle aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr guter Wasch-,       Walk-,    Seewasser-, Reib- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.  



       Beispiel,:     20,1 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-l-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem Wasser mit  17,5 Teilen     konz.        Salzsäure    gelöst, auf 5  ab  Cekühlt und mit einer     33proz.        Natriumnitrit-          lösung    (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen Natrium  nitrit     1001/o)        diazotiert.    Durch Zugabe von       Natriumbiearbonat        stellt    man neutral und  giesst die     Diazonüunverbindung    bei 0 bis 5   in eine Lösung von 23,

  3 Teilen     Acetessigfiäure-          m-nitranilid,    11     Volumteilen        10n-N        atron-          lauge    und 12 Teilen     wasserfreier    Soda. in  800 Teilen Wasser. Nach     Beendigung    der       Farbstoffbildung    filtriert man den aus-    gefallenen     Farbstoff    ab und     wäscht    ihn     mit     verdünnter     Koehsalzlösiung    aus.

   Danach       sehlämmt    man ihn in 800     Teilen        Wasser    von  80  an, gibt 60 Teile     Kobaltacetatlösung    (ent  sprechend 3,54 Teilen Kobalt) zu, erhitzt  während drei Stunden auf 80 , stellt durch  Zugabe von Soda alkalisch und erhitzt noch  weitere drei Stunden auf 80 bis 85 . Hierauf  gibt man     Koehsalz    zu, bis der     kobalthaltige          Farbstoff        vollständig    ausgefallen     ist,    filtriert  ab -und trocknet.

   Der neue Farbstoff, ein       gelbbraunes    Pulver, färbt Wolle aus neutra  lem oder schwach saurem Bade in gelben Tö  nen von sehr     guter    Wasch-, Walk-, Seewasser-,  Reib- und Lichtechtheit.

       Example: 20.1 parts of 2-aminophenol-l-ethyl-sulfone are concentrated in 250 parts of hot water with 17.5 parts. Dissolved hydrochloric acid, cooled down to 5 and with a 33 per cent. Sodium nitrite solution (corresponding to 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite 1001 / o) is diazotized. By adding sodium carbonate it is neutralized and the diazonium compound is poured into a solution of 23 at 0 to 5,

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalthal- tigen Azofarbstoffes,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Amino-phenol-4-äthyl- sulfon mit Acetessigsäure-m-nitranilid kuppelt und die erhaltene Verbindung mit kobaltabge- benden Mitteln behandelt.
