Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung     eines        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden. dass man durch ge  meinsame Oxydation von     1.3-Di-(4'-nteth-          ogyphenylamino)-naphtalin-8-sulfosäure    und       1-Amino-diäthylanilin-3-sulfosäure    einen auf  Wolle und Seide klar aufziehenden Farb  stoff erhält, welcher sich gegenüber den nach  den deutschen Patentschriften Nr. 78497  und 206646 aus 1.     3-Diphenyl        bezw.    1 .

       3-          Ditolylamino-naphtalin-8-sulfosäure    und     .i-          .Imino-dimethylanilin-3-sulfosäure    erhält  lichen Farbstoffen durch erheblich bessere  Lichtechtheit auszeichnet. Die Oxydation  wird zweckmässig in schwach alkalischer,  wässerig-alkoholischer Lösung mit Sauer  stoff der Luft in Gegenwart von     a.mmonia-          kaliseher        Kupferoxpdlö    sang ausgeführt.

         Beispiel:          -150    Gewichtsteile 1     .3-Di-(4'-methoxt--          phenylamino)-naphta,lin-8-sulfosäure    werden  in 6000 Gewichtsteilen 50     %igem    Alkohol  und Soda. neutral gelöst. mit einer Lösung  von 244; Gewichtsteilen     4-Amino-diäthyl-          anilin-3-sulfosäure    in 2000     GPwiehtsteilen       50     %igem    Alkohol und 53 Teilen Soda ver  einigt.

   Zur Lösung gibt man 50 Gewichts  teile     Kupferoxydammoniaklösung    hinzu,  welche zirka 20 Gewichtsteilen Kupfer  vitriol entsprechen, erwärmt auf 50 bis 60 "  und leitet bei dieser Temperatur unter Rüh  ren einen Luftstrom durch. Nach einige:  Stunden ist die     Farbstoffbildung        beendet.     Man saugt ab und kristallisiert nötigenfalls  aus heissem Wasser um.  



  Der Farbstoff ist. ein kupferglänzende  Pulver, welches in Wasser mit blauer, in       konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit grüner  Farbe löslich ist. Er färbt Wolle gleich  mässig     in;    klaren, grünstickig blauen, licht  echten Tönen an.
