Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Farbstoffes    der     Azinreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  die Herstellung eines Farbstoffes der     Naph-          thophenazinreihe.    Man erhält denselben da  durch, dass man auf ein Gemisch aus der  4 . 4'- Diauri     tto    - 3'-     methyldiphertylamin        -2-sul-          fonsäure    und der     1.3-Di-p-anisidinonaphtha-          litr-8-sulfonsäure    in einem Verdünnungsmittel  ein Oxydationsmittel einwirken lässt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  450 Gewichtsteile     1.3-Di-p-anisidinonaph-          thalin-8-srrlfortsärrre    und 293 Gewichtsteile       4.4'-Diarnino-3'-niethyldiphenylamin-2-sulforr-          säure        werden        mit        7000        Gewichtsteilen        50%-          igeri    Alkohols und wenig     Ammoniak    in  schwach alkalische Lösung gebracht und  durch diese Lösung bei 85-40' C Luft  geleitet. Nach beendeter     Farbstoffbildung     wird auf 60 0 C erwärmt, mit 350 Gewichts  teilen Kochsalz versetzt und kalt gerührt.

    Der     Farbstoff    wird abgesaugt, mit einer mit  Kochsalz gesättigten 50 %     igen        Spritlösung       gewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält ein  bronzeglänzendes Kristallpulver, das in Was  ser mit blauer, in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit grünblauer Farbe löslich ist. Der  Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide grünstickig  blau. Die     Färbungen    auf Wolle sind gut  wasch-,     walk-,        seewasser-,        alkali-    und licht  echt, die Färbungen auf Seide wasch- und  wasserecht. Alle Färbungen haben auch sehr  gute Abendfarbe.
