Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes der     Azinreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes  ist die Herstellung eines Farbstoffes der       Naphthophenazinreihe.        Dran    erhält denselben       dadurch,    dass man auf ein Gemisch aus der       4.4'-Dianiino-3'-methyldiplienylamin-2-sulfori-          säure    und     1.3-Dianilirioriaphthaliri-8-sulfon-          säure    in einem Verdünnungsmittel ein Oxyda  tionsmittel einwirken lässt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    390 Gewichtsteile 1.     3-Dianilinonaphthalin-          8-sulfonsäure    und 293 Gewichtsteile     4.4'-Di-          amirio-3'-methyl-diphenylamin-2-sulfonsäure          werden        mit        7000        Gewichtsteilen        50        %        igen     Alkohols und wenig Ammoniak in schwach  alkalische Lösung gebracht und durch diese  Lösung bei 35-400 C Luft geleitet.

   Nach  beendeter     Farbstoffbildung    wird auf 600 C       erwärmt,    mit 350 Gewichtsteilen Kochsalz  versetzt und kalt gerührt. Der Farbstoff wird  abgesaugt, mit einer mit Kochsalz gesättigten         50        %        igen        Spritlösung        gewaschen        und        ge-          trocknet.    Man erhält ein bronzeglänzendes  Kristallpulver, das in Wasser mit blauer, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grünblauer  Farbe löslich ist. Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle  und Seide     grünstichig    blau.

   Die Färbungen  auf Wolle sind gut wasch-, walk-,     seewasser-,          alkali-    und lichtecht, die Färbungen auf  Seide wasch- und wasserecht. Alle Färbun  gen haben auch sehr gute Abendfarbe.
