Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farb stoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-amino- 4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfosaures Natrium mit 1-Aminonaphtalin-5-sulfonsäure-diog- äthylamid kondensiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 21 Gewichtsteile 1-amino-4-bromanthra- Chinon-2-sulfosaures Natrium werden mit 20 Gewichtsteilen 1-Aminonaphtalin-5-sulfon- säure-diogäthylamid, 20 Gewichtsteilen Na triumbikarbonat, 2 Gewichtsteilen Kupfer- chlorür und 2:50 Gewichtsteilen Wasser unter Rühren auf 60 bis 70 C erwärmt. Nach beendeter Kondensation wird das abgekühlte Reaktionsgemisch filtriert und mit Wasser gewaschen.
Das Filtrat, welches den Farb stoff enthält, wird mit dem doppelten Vo lumen Wasser verdünnt und zur Abscheidung des Kondensationsproduktes mit Salzsäure versetzt. Man erhitzt unter Rühren so lange zum Sieden, bis der Farbstoff kristallinisch wird. Nach dem Absaugen wird das Produkt durch Umlösen aus verdünnter .Sodalösung und Fällen mit HCl noch weiter gereinigt.
Man erhält einen leicht löslichen Farbstoff, welcher auf Wolle und Seide grünstichig blaue Töne von sehr guten Echtheiten er gibt.

<I> Example: </I> 21 parts by weight of 1-amino-4-bromoanthra-quinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium are mixed with 20 parts by weight of 1-aminonaphthalene-5-sulfonic acid diogäthylamid, 20 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts by weight of copper chlorine and 2:50 parts by weight of water heated to 60 to 70 ° C. with stirring. When the condensation has ended, the cooled reaction mixture is filtered and washed with water.
The filtrate, which contains the dye, is diluted with twice the volume of water and hydrochloric acid is added to separate the condensation product. The mixture is heated to the boil while stirring until the dye becomes crystalline. After suction, the product is further purified by dissolving it from dilute soda solution and precipitating it with HCl.
A readily soluble dye is obtained which gives greenish blue shades of very good fastness properties on wool and silk.
