Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     1-amino-          4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfosaures    Natrium  mit 1-     Aminobenzol-4-sulfodiogäthylamid    kon  densiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  48     Gewichtsteile        1-amino-4-bromanthra-          chinon-2-sulfosaures        Natrium    werden in  Form einer 42     %        igen    wässerigen     Paste    mit  4,6 Gewichtsteilen     1-Aminobenzol-4-sulfo-          diogäthylamid,    400 Gewichtsteilen Wasser,  24 Gewichtsteilen     Natriumbikarbonat    und 3  Gewichtsteilen     gupferchlorür    22     Stunden     unter Rühren auf 60     bis   <B>70'</B> C erwärmt.

    Nach Erkalten wird der Farbstoff durch Zu  satz von     NaCl    abgeschieden und abgesaugt.  Der Filterkuchen wird mit 4000 Gewichts  teilen 3     %        iger        HCl    warm     ausgerührt    und  nach dem Abkühlen     abfiltriert.    Zum     Schlusse     wird in verdünntem     Ammoniak    gelöst, ge  klärt und mit Salzsäure gefällt. Man erhält  ein kristallinisches Produkt, welches in  Wasser leicht löslich ist und Wolle und Seide    in sehr klaren blauen Tönen von ausgezeich  neter Egalität färbt.
