Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren     Chromiernngsfarbstoffes    der       Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren     Chro-          mierungsfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe,     welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man  1-     ainino    - 4-     br-omanthrachinori    - 2 -     sulfosaures     Natrium mit     3-Amino-6-methoxybenzyl-4'-          oxy-3'-carboxypheriyisulfon    kondensiert.

    17 Gewichtsteile Soda     calciniert,    1 Gewichts  teil     Kupferchlorür    werden in 200 Teilen Was  ser unter Rühren 15 Stunden auf<B>80-900</B>    erwärmt.

   Nach dem Erkalten rührt man die       blaue        Lösung        in        1500        Volumteile        10        %        ige     Kochsalzlösung ein,

   saugt den ausgeschie  denen Farbstoff ab und wäscht ihn mit       10        %        iger        Kochsalzlösung        aus.        Man        löst        dann     den Filterrückstand in etwa 6000 Teilen  Wasser unter Zusatz einer geringen Menge  Soda durch Erwärmen auf und säuert die  Lösung mit verdünnter Salzsäure an. Der so  erhaltene Farbstoff kann durch erneutes Lö  sen in verdünntem Alkali oder Ammoniak  und darauffolgendes Ansäuern mit Salzsäure  noch weiter gereinigt werden. Man erhält so  den Farbstoff als dunkelblaues Pulver, wel  ches aus saurer Flotte auf Wolle klare  blaue Farbtöne liefert.

   Durch Nachbehand  lung mit chromabgebenden Mitteln werden  die Färbungen in ihren     Echtheiten    wesent  lich verbessert.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Chromierungsfarbstoffes der .Antbrachinon- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 amino-4-bromanthracbinon-2-sulfonsaures Na trium mit 3-Amino-6-methoxybenzyl-4'-oxy- 3'-carboxyphenylsulfon kondensiert. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein dun kelblaues Pulver dar, das aus saurer Flotte Wolle in klaren blauen Tönen färbt, die durch Nachchromieren mit chromabgebenden Mitteln in ihren Echtheitseigenschaften we sentlich verbessert werden.
