Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Chromiernngsfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Chro- mierungsfarbstoffes der Authrachinonreihe, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfo- saures Natrium mit 3-Amirrobenzyl-4'-oxy-3' carboxyphenylsulforr kondensiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 40 Gewichtsteile 1- amino-4-bromanthra- chinon-2-sulfosaures Natrium, 33 Gewichts teile 3-Amirrobenzyl-4'-oxy-3'-carboxypherryl- sulfon, 35 Gewichtsteile Soda calciniert, 20 GewiclrtsteileNatriumbikarbonat, 2 Gewichts teile Kupferchlorür werden in 400 Teilen Wasser bis zur Beendigung der Kondensation bei 80-90o gerührt. Nach Erkalten des Ge misches giesst man dasselbe in zirka 2000 Volumteile 10 o/oige Kochsalzlösung ein, saugt ab und wäscht den Filterrückstand mit Kochsalzlösung aus.
Die Reinigung des Farb- stoffes erfolgt durch Lösen in verdünntem wässrigem Ammoniak und darauffolgendes Aussalzen mit Kochsalz oder Ansäuern mit verdünnter Salzsäure. Der reine Farbstoff, ein dunkelblaues Pulver, löst sich mit blauer Farbe in Wasser und zieht aus saurem Bade in rotstichig blauen Tönen auf. Durch Nach- chromieren erhält man echte rotstichig blaue Farbtöne.

The dye is cleaned by dissolving it in dilute aqueous ammonia and then salting it out with common salt or acidifying it with dilute hydrochloric acid. The pure dye, a dark blue powder, dissolves in water with a blue color and absorbs reddish blue tones from an acid bath. After chroming you get real reddish blue shades.
