Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Ogazins    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung     eines     Ogazins    der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     1-jod-          anthrachinon-2-sulfosaures        Kalium    mit     3-          Amino    -4     -hydrogy-1-methylbenzol    - 5 -     sulf    o  säure in Gegenwart eines     säurebindenden     Mittels kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  22,5 Gewichtsteile     1-jodanthrachinon-2-          sulfosaures        Kalium,    15 Gewichtsteile 3  Amino -4     -hydrogy-1-        methylbenzol    - 5 -     sulfo-          säure,    15 . Gewichtsteile Soda     calciniert,     15     Gewichtsteile        Natriumbicarbonat,    1 Ge  wichtsteil     Kupferchlorür        und    300 Gewichts  teile Wasser werden 10 Stunden bei 50 bis  <B>60'</B> C gerührt.

   Nach Erkalten wird die aus  geschiedene     Anthrachinonogazin-methylsulfo-          säure        abfiltriert    und mit 5     %iger    Kochsalz  lösung ausgewaschen. Danach wird mit 3     %-          iger    Salzsäure gewaschen, abgesaugt und der  Farbstoff in sehr verdünnter Salzsäure gelöst    und geklärt. Aus der Lösung isoliert man  den Farbstoff durch Zugabe von konzentrier  ter Salzsäure und Erwärmen. Man erhält so  ein blaues Pulver, welches in Wasser mit  blauvioletter Farbe löslich ist und Wolle     aus     saurem Bade in     violetten    Tönen färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Ogazins der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man 1-jodanthrachinon-2-sulfosaures Kalium mit 3-Amino-4-hydrogy-l-methyl- benzol-5-sulfosäure in Gegenwart eines säure bindenden Mittels kondensiert. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein blaues Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit blauvioletter . Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in violetten Tönen färbt. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1.
