Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 218368. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Kondensationsproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stickstoff haltiges Kondensationsprodukt hergestellt wer den kann, wenn man auf Di-(4'-benzoylamino- 1'-anthrachinonyl-)2,8-diaminochrysen konden sierende Mittel einwirken lässt.
Das stickstoffhaltigeKondensationsprodukt bildet ein braunschwarzes Pulver, das Baum wolle aus rotoranger Küpe in rötlichbrannen Tönen färbt. Sodakoch-, Chlor- und Lichtecht heit sind ausgezeichnet.
Die Einwirkung kondensierender Mittel, die oxydierend wirken können, wie z. B. Aluminiumchlorid, gegebenenfalls in Gegen wart organischer Säurechloride und von Ver- dünnungs- oder Lösungsmitteln, kann bei höherer oder niederer Temperatur erfolgen. Als Kondensationsmittel besonders geeignet sind Schwefelsäure und ihre Derivate, die zweckmässig bei niederer Temperatur ange wandt werden. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden bei der Einwirkung kondensierender Mittel Karbazolringe gebildet. Das neue stickstoffhaltige Kondensations produkt kann durch ein- oder mehrmaliges Kri stallisieren aus organischen Lösungsmitteln oder durch Behandlung mit oxydierenden Mitteln, wie z.
B. Alkalinitritlösung in saurem Medium, Alkalihypochloritlösung oder Perbo- ratlösung, gereinigt werden.
Beispiel: 3 Teile Di-(4'-benzoylamino-1'-anthrachi- nonyl-)2,8-diaminochrysen werden in 30 Teile 90 o/oige Schwefelsäure eingetragen und 18 Stunden bei 16-22 o gerührt. Zur Beendigung der Farbstoffbildung wird in Eis, das mit .etwas Natriumnitrit versetzt ist, eingetragen, 4 Stunden kräftig gerührt und hierauf filtriert, ausgewaschen und getrocknet.
