Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. <B>218368.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stielistoffhaltigen liondensationsproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stickstoffhal tiges Kondensationsprodukt hergestellt werden kann, wenn man auf (5'-Benzoylamino-l'- anthrachinonyl <B>-)</B> (4'- benzoylamino <B>- l'-</B> anthra - chinonyl-) 2,8-diaminochrysen kondensierende Mittel einwirken lässt.
Das stickstoffhaltige Kondensationsprodukt färbt Baumwolle aus gelbroter Küpe in braunen, sehr echten Tönen.
Die Einwirkung kondensierender Mittel, die oxydierend wirken können, wie z. B. Alumi- niumehlorid, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart or ganischer Säurechloride und von Verdünnungs oder Lösungsmitteln, kann bei höherer oder niederer Temperatur erfolgen. Als Kondensa tionsmittel besonders geeignet sind Schwefel säure und ihre Derivate, die zweckmässig bei niederer Temperatur angewandt werden. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden bei der Einwirkung kondensierender Mittel Karbazolringe gebildet.
Das neue stickstoffhaltige Kondensations produkt kann durch ein- oder mehrmaliges Kristallisieren aus organisehen Lösungsmitteln oder durch Behandlung mit oxydierenden Mit teln, wie z. B. Alkalinitritlösung in saurem Medium, Alkalihypochloritlösung oder Perbo- ratlösung, gereinigt werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 2 Teile (5'.Benzoylamino.1'.aiithrachinonyl.) (4'- benzoylamino <B>-l'-</B> a-nthrachinonyl <B>-) 2,8 -</B> di - aminochrysen werden in<B>36</B> Teile 93/oige Schwefelsäure eingetragen und<B>16</B> Stunden bei <B>15 -</B> 22<B>1</B> verrührt. Zar Beendigung der Farb- stoffbildung wird in Eis, versetzt mit etwas Natriumnitrit, eingetragen und<B>1</B> '/2 Stunde kräftig gerührt.
Hierauf wird filtriert, aus gewaschen und der Farbstoff verpastet.

The new nitrogen-containing condensation product can be obtained by single or multiple crystallization from organic solvents or by treatment with oxidizing means, such as. B. Alkali nitrite solution in acidic medium, alkali hypochlorite solution or perborate solution, can be cleaned.
