Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Ogazins    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines     Oxazins    der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches  dadurch     gekennzeichnet    ist,

   dass man     1-jod-          anthrachinon-2-sulfosaures        Natrium    mit 3  amino - 4 -     oxydiphenylsulfon-ss'-sulfosaurem     Natrium in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden  Mittels kondensiert und das     Kondensations-          produkt        bis    zum Eintritt     einer    weiteren       Sulfrngruppe        srulfiert.       <I>Beispiel:

  </I>    56     Gewichtsteile        1-jodanthrachinon-2-sul-          fosaures    Natrium, 40 Gewichtsteile     3-amino-          4-oxydiphenylsulfon-3'-sulfosaures    Natrium,       2ä        Gewichtstele        Natriumca"rbonat,    1<B>,</B>5 Ge  wichtsteile     Natriumbicarbonat,    2 Gewichts  teile     gupferchlorür    und 700 Gewichtsteile  Wasser     werden    5     Stunden    bei 60 bis 65   C  gerührt. Nach dem Erkalten wird das aus  geschiedene     Kondensationsprodukt    abgesaugt  und mit Wasser ausgewaschen.

   In das so er-         haltene    Kondensationsprodukt wird zur Ver  besserung seiner Wasserlöslichkeit eine wei  tere     Sulfogruppe    eingeführt. Zu diesem  Zweck wird das getrocknete Produkt     in    der       zehnfachen    Gewichtsmenge 5 %     igen        Oleums     so lange bei 15 bis 20   C gerührt, bis     eine    in  Wasser gegossene Probe leicht löslich gewor  den ist. Ist dies der Fall, so wird auf Wasser  gegossen, abgesaugt,     mit    verdünnter     Koch-          salzlösung    neutral gewaschen und getrocknet.

         Man    erhält ein violettes Pulver, welches aus  saurem Bade Wolle     in        violetten    Tönen färbt.

Die so erhaltene I'arbs@toffdisulfosäure ist ein violettes Pulver, welches Wolle aus saurem Bade in violetten Tönen färbt.
