Im <SEP> Patent <SEP> Nr. <SEP> 191852 <SEP> wird <SEP> die <SEP> Herstel lung <SEP> eines <SEP> neuen <SEP> Farbstoffes, <SEP> der <SEP> 1-Amino-4 m-karbo,dodekogyanilinanthrachinon-2,-sulfo säure <SEP> durch <SEP> Esterifizierung <SEP> von <SEP> 1-Amino-4 m <SEP> - <SEP> karbogyanilinanthraohinon <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> ssulfosäure
<tb> mit <SEP> DodekyIalhahol, <SEP> beschrieben.
<tb>
Gemäss <SEP> vorliegender <SEP> Erfindung <SEP> erhält
<tb> man <SEP> den <SEP> neuen <SEP> Farbstoff, <SEP> die <SEP> 1-Amino-4-m karbocetogyanüinanthrac1iinon <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> -sulf <SEP> osäure,
<tb> durch <SEP> Esterifizierung <SEP> der <SEP> 1-Amino-4-m-kor bogyanilinanthrachinon <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> sulfosäure <SEP> mit
<tb> Cetylalkohol.
<tb>
Die <SEP> Essterifizierung <SEP> wird <SEP> zweckmässig
<tb> durch <SEP> Erhitzen <SEP> der <SEP> Anthrachinonvembindung
<tb> mit <SEP> Cetylalkohol <SEP> in <SEP> Gegenwart <SEP> von <SEP> konzen trierter <SEP> Schwefelsäure <SEP> oder <SEP> C.hlorsulfonsäure
<tb> als <SEP> Katalysator <SEP> ausgeführt.
<tb>
'Die <SEP> 1 <SEP> - <SEP> Amino-4-m-karboeetogyanilinan thrachinon-2-sulfosäure <SEP> ist <SEP> ein <SEP> blaues <SEP> Pul ver, <SEP> das <SEP> sich <SEP> in <SEP> konzentrierter <SEP> Schwefelsäure mit grünliehblauer Farbe löst und in heissem Wasser eine hellblaue, schäumende Lösung gibt. Senne wäss,exige Lösung färbt Wolle in hellen, haltbaren, blauen Tönen.

EMI0001.0003
In the <SEP> patent <SEP> No. <SEP> 191852 <SEP>, <SEP> is the <SEP> production <SEP> of a <SEP> new <SEP> dye, <SEP> the <SEP> 1-amino -4 m-karbo, dodecogyaniline anthraquinone-2, -sulfonic acid <SEP> by <SEP> esterification <SEP> of <SEP> 1-amino-4 m <SEP> - <SEP> karbogyaniline anthraquinone <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> sulfonic acid
<tb> described with <SEP> DodekyIalhahol, <SEP>.
<tb>
According to <SEP> present <SEP> invention <SEP> receives
<tb> man <SEP> the <SEP> new <SEP> dye, <SEP> the <SEP> 1-amino-4-m karbocetogyanüinanthrac1iinon <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> -sulf <SEP> acid,
<tb> by <SEP> esterification <SEP> of the <SEP> 1-amino-4-m-kor bogyaniline anthraquinone <SEP> - <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> sulfonic acid <SEP> with
<tb> cetyl alcohol.
<tb>
The <SEP> essterification <SEP> becomes <SEP> appropriate
<tb> by <SEP> heating <SEP> the <SEP> anthraquinone compound
<tb> with <SEP> cetyl alcohol <SEP> in <SEP> presence <SEP> of <SEP> concentrated <SEP> sulfuric acid <SEP> or <SEP> C.chlorosulfonic acid
<tb> designed as <SEP> catalyst <SEP>.
<tb>
'The <SEP> 1 <SEP> - <SEP> amino-4-m-karboeetogyanilinan thraquinone-2-sulfonic acid <SEP> is <SEP> a <SEP> blue <SEP> powder, <SEP> the <SEP> <SEP> dissolves in <SEP> concentrated <SEP> sulfuric acid with a greenish blue color and gives a light blue, foaming solution in hot water. Senne aqueous solution dyes wool in light, durable, blue tones.
<I> Example: </I> 50 parts of 1-amino-4-m-karbogyanüinanthrachinon-2-suHosäure, 150 parts of cetyl alcohol and 7 parts of chlorosulfonic acid are heated together to 145 C for 1 hour. The water produced during the reaction is given the opportunity to escape.
The mixture is cooled to 80 ° C., diluted with 400 parts of benzene and filtered. The crystalline filter residue is washed with benzene, dried at <B> 80 '</B> C, dissolved in <B> 31000 </B> parts of <B> 80 </B> C warm water, neutralized with sodium carbonate lized and precipitated from the solution using sodium chloride.
It is filtered, washed with 5% goohs salt solution and dried.
