Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten tes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-amino=4-bromanthrachinon - 2 - sulfosaures Natrium mit m-Aminobenzyl-methylsulfon zur Umsetzung bringt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 40 Gewichtsteile 1-amino-4-bromanthra- chinon-2-sulfosaures Natrium werden mit 216 Gewichtsteilen m-Aminobenzyl-methylsulfon in 180 Gewichtsteilen Wasser bei Gegenwart von 4 Gewichtsteilen Soda, 20 Gewichtsteilen Natriumbikarbonat und 1 Gewichtsteil Kup- ferchlorür mehrere Stunden auf 65 bis 75 erhitzt, bis die Farbstoffbildung beendet .ist. Das Natriumsalz des Farbstoffes scheidet sich in derben Kristallen beim Erkalten ab.
Es wird abgesaugt und mit verdünnter Na triumchloridlösung gewaschen. Getrocknet stellt der Farbstoff ein blaues Pulver dar, das Wolle in saurem Bade in klaren blauen Tönen färbt. Der Farbstoff hat folgende Konstitution
