Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Derivates von 1-Aminoanthrachinon. Im Hauptpatent wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der in Form eines Alkalisalzes leicht wasserlöslichen Sulfaminsäureverbin- dung von 1 : 4-Diaminoanthrachinon beschrie ben, bei welchem man auf 1 : 4-Diaminoan- thrachinon Schwefelsäureanhydrid oder solches abgebende Substanzen in Gegenwart einer tertiären Base einwirken lässt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man in diesem Verfahren an Stelle von 1 : 4-Diamino- anthrachinon auch 1-Aminoanthrachinon ver wenden kann. Es wird so die Sulfaminsäure- verbindung von 1-Aminoanthrachinon erhalten. <I>Beispiel:</I> In 800 gr Dimethylanilin werden unter Rühren bei<B>0-5'</B> C 60 gr Chlorsulfonsäure langsam zutropfen gelassen.
Zu diesem Additionsprodukt wird eine feine Suspension von 50 gr 1-Aminoanthrachinon in 500 gr Dimethylanilin zugegeben. Das Ganze wird mehrere Stunden bei gewöhnlicher Tempera tur durchgerührt und zum Schluss auf<B>6000</B> erwärmt. Durch Zugabe von 180 gr Soda wird alkalisch gemacht und mit Wasserdampf destilliert, wodurch das Dimethylanilin ent- fernt wird. Die zurückbleibende Flüssigkeit wird noch heiss filtriert und 'unter Rühren erkalten gelassen.
Die gebildete Sulfamin- säureverbindung kristallisiert als Natriumsalz aus.
Der neue Körper ist in warmem Wasser leicht mit orangegelber Farbe löslich. Aus dieser Lösung kann durch Zugabe von Mine ralsäure und Kochen das 1-Aminoanthra- chinon als roter Niederschlag gefällt werden.
Process for the preparation of a derivative of 1-aminoanthraquinone. The main patent describes a process for the preparation of the sulfamic acid compound of 1: 4-diaminoanthraquinone, which is readily water-soluble in the form of an alkali salt, in which 1: 4-diaminoanthraquinone sulfuric anhydride or substances releasing such are allowed to act in the presence of a tertiary base.
It has now been found that 1-aminoanthraquinone can also be used in this process instead of 1: 4-diaminoanthraquinone. The sulfamic acid compound of 1-aminoanthraquinone is thus obtained. <I> Example: </I> 60 g of chlorosulfonic acid are slowly added dropwise to 800 g of dimethylaniline while stirring at <B> 0-5 '</B> C.
A fine suspension of 50 grams of 1-aminoanthraquinone in 500 grams of dimethylaniline is added to this addition product. The whole thing is stirred for several hours at normal temperature and then heated to <B> 6000 </B>. By adding 180 grams of soda, it is made alkaline and distilled with steam, which removes the dimethylaniline. The remaining liquid is filtered while hot and allowed to cool while stirring.
The sulfamic acid compound formed crystallizes out as the sodium salt.
The new body is easily soluble in warm water with an orange-yellow color. The 1-aminoanthraquinone can be precipitated as a red precipitate from this solution by adding mineral acid and boiling.
