Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Azofarbstoff aus 5-Nitro-2-diazo-l-phenol und 1-Amino-8-ogynaphthalin-4-sulfosäure mit nickelabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff bil det getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver, das Natur seide in grünblauen Tönen färbt. <I>Beispiel:</I> 8,08 Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotier- tern 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und 1-Amino- 8-ogyriaphthalin-4-sulfosäure, in alkalischer Lösung kombiniert, werden in 500 Teilen Wasser gelöst und mit 5,5 Teilen kristalli siertem Nickelsulfat und 4 Teilen kristalli siertem Natriumacetat kurze Zeit am Rück flusskühler zum Kochen erhitzt. Hierauf wird die gebildete Nickelverbindung des Farb stoffes durch Kochsalz abgeschieden, filtriert und getrocknet.

The metal-containing dye obtained forms a dark powder when dried, which dyes natural silk in green-blue tones. <I> Example: </I> 8.08 parts of the dye from diazotized 5-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol and 1-amino-8-ogyriaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid, combined in alkaline solution, are in 500 parts of water dissolved and heated to boiling for a short time on a reflux condenser with 5.5 parts of crystallized nickel sulfate and 4 parts of crystallized sodium acetate. The nickel compound formed in the dye is then deposited by sodium chloride, filtered and dried.
