Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2 Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-3,8-disulfosäure und ss-Resorcylsäure mit Kupfersulfat behan delt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauroter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, echte rotviolette Töne.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 48,7 Teile des Farbstoffes aus der Di- azoverbindung der 2-Amino-l-oxy naphthalin- 3,8-disulfosäure und ss-Resorcylsäure werden in 2000 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst. Hier auf setzt man dieser Lösung 21 Teile Kup fersulfat, gelöst in 300 Teilen heissem Was ser, zu und kocht das Gemisch noch einige Zeit weiter, indem die frei gewordene Mine- ralsäure mit Natriumacetat abgestumpft wird. Der kupferhaltige Farbstoff wird hernach durch Zusatz von Kochsalz gewon nen.
Process for the production of a new metal-containing dye. It has been found that a new metal-containing dye is obtained if the coupling product of diazotized 2-amino-1-oxynaphthalene-3,8-disulfonic acid and β-resorcylic acid is treated with copper sulfate. The new metal-containing dye forms a dark powder, dissolves in water with a blue-red color and produces real red-violet tones on wool dyed from an acid bath.
<I> Example: </I> 48.7 parts of the dye from the diazo compound of 2-amino-1-oxy naphthalene-3,8-disulfonic acid and ß-resorcylic acid are dissolved in 2000 parts of boiling water. On top of this, 21 parts of copper sulphate, dissolved in 300 parts of hot water, are added to this solution and the mixture is boiled for some time, blunting the released mineral acid with sodium acetate. The copper-containing dye is then won by adding table salt.
