Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen,  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotierter    2  Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure und       ss-Na.phthol    mit.     Alkalichromit        behandelt.     Der neue, metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet  ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit  blauer, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit rot  violetter Farbe und erzeugt aus Wolle, aus  saurem Bade gefärbt, echte marineblaue  Töne.  



       Beispiel:     49,7 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazo-          tierter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphtha.Iin-4,8-disulfo-          säure    und     ss-Naphthol    werden in eine     Alkali-          chromitlösung    eingetragen, die erhalten wird  durch Versetzen von     1:00    Teilen einer       Chromhydroxydhydratpaste,    entsprechend  17,4 Teilen     Crz03,    mit 60 Teilen Kalihydrat  und Erwärmen, bis klare Lösung eingetreten  ist.

   Hierauf erhitzt man     die    Masse so lange    auf     etwa   <B>80',</B> bis sämtliches Chrom vom       Azofarbstoff    aufgenommen worden ist, ver  dünnt das Reaktionsgemisch mit Wasser,  stellt mit Mineralsäure neutral und salzt den  erhaltenen Farbstoff mit Kochsalz aus.

Der neue, metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauer, in verdünnter Natronlauge- mit rotvioletter Farbe und er zeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, echte marineblaue Töne.
