  <B>O</B>  Verfahren Mir Herstellung eines neuen     metallhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxyna,phthalin-4,8-disulfosäure     und     1-Oxynaphthalin-3,8-disulfösäure    mit       Fluorchrom    behandelt. Der neue metallhal  tige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver,  löst sich in Wasser mit grünblauer,- in ver  dünnter Natronlauge mit violetter     Farbe    und  erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade ge  färbt,     reinblaue    Töne.  



       Beispiel:     70,1 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     dia.zotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure     und     1-Oxynaphthalin-3,8-disulfosäure    wer  den in 1500 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst,  mit einer     Fluorchromlösung    entsprechend 20  Teilen Chromoxyd versetzt und so lange  unter Zusatz von Glaspulver am Rückfluss-    kühler gekocht, bis sich     dgr        chromhaltige     Farbstoff gebildet hat.

   Die     Farbstofflösung     wird hierauf etwas eingedampft und der  neue Farbstoff durch     Kristallisierenlassen     oder durch     Aussalzen    gewonnen.

It has been found that a new, metal-containing dye is obtained if the coupling product of diazotized 2-amino-1-oxyna, phthalene-4,8-disulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene-3,8-disulfonic acid is treated with fluorochrome. The new metal-containing dye forms a dark powder, dissolves in water with a green-blue color - in dilute caustic soda with a violet color, and produces pure blue tones on wool dyed from an acid bath.



       Example: 70.1 parts of the dye from dia.zotier- ter 2-amino-1-oxynaphthalene-4,8-disulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene-3,8-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 1500 parts of boiling water, with a fluorochrome solution accordingly 20 parts of chromium oxide are added and the mixture is boiled on the reflux condenser with the addition of glass powder until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is then slightly evaporated and the new dye is obtained by letting it crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 4,8-disulfosäure und 1-Oxynaphthalin-3,8- disulfosäure mit Fluorchrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunk les Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit grün blauer, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit vio letter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus sau rem Bade gefärbt, reinblaue Töne.
