Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       <B>Es!</B> wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     Barbitursäure     mit     diazotierter        2-Amino-l-phenol-4-sulfo-          säure    kuppelt und das so erhaltene Produkt  mit     Chromformiat    behandelt. Der neue Farb  stoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, löst sich in  verdünnter     Sodalösung    mit gelber Farbe und  erzeugt auf Wolle, aus, saurem Bade gefärbt,       eehte    rotgelbe Töne.  



       Beispiel:     190 Teile     2-Amino-l-phenol-4-sulfosäure     werden wie üblich     diazotiert    und in ein  Gemisch aus 134 Teilen     Barbitursäure,   <B>133</B>  Teilen 30     %iger    Natronlauge, 170 Teilen  Soda. und ' 1500 Teilen Wasser eingetragen.  Die Kupplung setzt sofort ein, zu ihrer Ver  vollständigung rührt man noch einige Zeit.  Der gebildete Farbstoff wird dann filtriert  und getrocknet.  



  32,8 Teile dieses Farbstoffes werden in  <B>650</B> Teilen kochendem Wasser gelöst und    mit einer     Chromformiatlösung,    entsprechend  15,2 Teilen     Cr20z;,    versetzt. Man kocht  mehrere Stunden am     Rückflusskühler,     dampft teilweise ein und gewinnt die neue  Chromverbindung durch Filtrieren, gegebe  nenfalls unter vorherigem     Aussalzen.

       Example: 190 parts of 2-amino-1-phenol-4-sulfonic acid are diazotized as usual and converted into a mixture of 134 parts of barbituric acid, 133 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, 170 parts of soda. and '1500 parts of water entered.   32.8 parts of this dye are dissolved in 650 parts of boiling water and a chromium formate solution, corresponding to 15.2 parts of Cr 2 O 2, is added. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Barbitursäure mit diazotierter 2-Amino- 1-phenol-4-sulfosäure kuppelt und das so erhaltene Produkt mit Chromformiat behan delt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, löst sich in verdünnter Sodalösung mit gelber Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, echte rotgelbe Töne.
