Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     metallhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotiertem          4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol    und     1-Oxynaphtha-          lin-4,8-clisulfosäure    .mit     Fluorchrom    behan  delt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet  ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit  violetter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit  blauroter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus  saurem Bade gefärbt, violette Töne.  



       Beispiel     45,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          tem        4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenul    und     1-Oxy-          naphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure    werden in<B>1500</B>  Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst, mit einer       Fluorchromlösung    entsprechend 20 Teilen  Chromoxyd versetzt und so lange unter Zu  satz von Glaspulver am     Rückflusskühler        ge-          koeht,    bis sich der chromhaltige     Farbstoff       gebildet hat.

   Die     Färbstofflösung    wird hier  auf etwas eingedampft und der neue Farb  stoff durch     Kristallisierenlassen    oder durch       Aussalzen    gewonnen.

       Example 45.8 parts of the dye from diazotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenul and 1-oxynaphthalene-4,8-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 1500 parts of boiling water with a fluorochromium solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide is added and it is allowed to boil in the reflux condenser with the addition of glass powder until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is evaporated to something here and the new dye is obtained by letting it crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotiertern 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol und 1-Oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure mit Fluorchrom behandelt. Der neue metallhal tige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit violetter, in ver dünnter Natronlauge mit blauroter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, violette Töne.
