Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 115703.         Verfahren        zur    Herstellung eines neuen     metallhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotierter        2-          Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure    und       1-Oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfamicl    mit Fluor  chrom behandelt.

   Der neue metallhaltige  Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich  in Wasser mit     bordeaux,    in     verdünnter    Na  tronlauge mit violetter Farbe und erzeugt  auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, rein  blaue Töne.         Beispiel:

       64,5 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          ter    2 -     Amino-l-oxynaphthalin    - 4,8 -     disulfo-          säure    und     1-Oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfamid     werden in<B>1500</B> Teilen Wasser kochend ge  löst, mit einer     Fluorchromlösung    entspre  chend 20 Teilen Chromoxyd versetzt und so  lange unter Zusatz von Glaspulver am Rück-         flusskühler    gekocht, bis sich der     chromhal-          tige    Farbstoff gebildet hat.

   Die Farbstoff  lösung wird hierauf etwas eingedampft und  der neue Farbstoff durch     Kristallisierenlas-          sen    oder durch     Aussalzen    gewonnen.

   The new metal-containing dye forms a dark powder, dissolves in water with burgundy, in dilute sodium hydroxide solution with a violet color and produces pure blue tones on wool that is dyed from an acid bath. Example:

       64.5 parts of the dye from diazotized 2-amino-1-oxynaphthalene-4,8-disulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene-4,8-disulfamide are dissolved in 1500 parts of water at the boil , mixed with a fluorochrome solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide and boiled with the addition of glass powder on the reflux condenser until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is then slightly evaporated and the new dye is obtained by letting it crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 4,8-disulfosäure und 1-Oxynaphthalin-4,8-di- sulfamid mit Fluorchrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunk les Pulver, löst. sich in Wasser mit bordeaux, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit violetter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, reinblaue Töne.
