Description

  

      'Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin    - 4,8 -     disulfo-          säure    und     2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure    mit     Chrom-          formiat    behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige  Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst  sich in Wasser mit violetter, in verdünnter  Natronlauge mit blauroter Farbe und -er  zeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt,  blaue Töne. Im Chromdruck auf Baum  wolle liefert er echte blaue Töne.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  56,3 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          ter    2 -     Amino-l-oxynaphthalin    - 4,8 -     disulfo-          säure    und     2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure    werden in  <B>1500</B> Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst, mit  einer     Chromformiatlösung    entsprechend 20  Teilen Chromoxyd versetzt und so lange am       Rückflusskühler    gekocht, bis sich der chrom-         haltige    Farbstoff gebildet hat.

   Die     Farb-          stofflösung    wird hierauf etwas eingedampft  und der neue Farbstoff durch     Kristallisie-          renlassen    oder durch     Rissalzen    gewonnen.

      <I> Example: </I> 56.3 parts of the dye from diazotized 2 - amino-1-oxynaphthalene - 4,8 - disulphonic acid and 2,3-oxynaphthoic acid are in <B> 1500 </B> Parts of boiling water are dissolved, a chromium formate solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide is added and the mixture is boiled on the reflux condenser until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is then slightly evaporated and the new dye is obtained by letting it crystallize or by cracking salts.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 4,8-disulfosäure und 2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure mit Chromformiat behandelt. Der neue me tallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pul ver, löst sich in Wasser mit violetter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit blauroter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, blaue Töne. Im Chromdruck auf Baumwolle liefert er echte blaue Töne.
