Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     metallhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotierter        2-          Amino-l-oxynaphtha.lin-3,8-disulfosäure    und       1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    mit Fluor  chrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige  Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelrotes Pulver, löst  sich in Wasser mit blauroter, in verdünnter  Natronlauge mit roter Farbe und erzeugt  auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, reine,  echte blaurote Töne.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  52,6 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin    - 3,8 -     disulfo-          säure    und 1 -     Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon     werden in 1500 Teilen Wasser kochend ge  löst, mit einer     Fluorchromlösung    entspre  chend 20     Teilen    Chromoxyd versetzt und  so lange unter Zusatz von Glaspulver am       Rückflusskühler    gekocht, bis sich der chrom-         haltige        Farbstoff    gebildet hat.

   Die     Farb-          stofflösung        wird    hierauf etwas     eingedampft     und der neue Farbstoff durch     Kristallisie-          renlassen    oder durch     Aussalzen        gewonnen.

  <I> Example: </I> 52.6 parts of the dye from diazotized 2-amino-1-oxynaphthalene - 3,8 - disulfonic acid and 1 - phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone are used in 1500 parts Dissolve water at the boil, add a fluorochrome solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide and boil it with the addition of glass powder on the reflux condenser until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is then slightly evaporated and the new dye obtained by letting it crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 3,8-disulfosäure mit 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon mit Fluorchrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dun kelrotes Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauroter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit roter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, reine, echte blaurote Töne.
