Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     metallhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält,     wenn     man das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure     und     2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfosäure    mit Fluor  chrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige  Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich  in Wasser mit blauer, in verdünnter Natron  lauge mit     violetter    Farbe und erzeugt auf  Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, echte blaue  Töne.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  59,9 Teile des Farbstoffes     aus"diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disnlfosäure     und     2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfosäure    werden in  1500 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst, mit  einer     Fluorchromlösung    entsprechend 20 Tei  len Chromoxyd versetzt und so lange unter  Zusatz von Glaspulver am     Rückflusskühler       gekocht, bis sich der chromhaltige Farbstoff  gebildet hat.

   Die     Farbstofflösung    wird hier  auf     etwas    eingedampft und der neue Farb  stoff durch     Kristallisierenlassen    oder durch       Aussalzen        gewonnen.

The new metal-containing dye forms a dark powder, dissolves in water with a blue color, in dilute caustic soda with a violet color and produces real blue tones on wool dyed from an acid bath.



  <I> Example: </I> 59.9 parts of the dye from "diazotized 2-amino-1-oxynaphthalene-4,8-disinfonic acid and 2-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 1500 parts of boiling water with a fluorochrome solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide and boiled with the addition of glass powder on the reflux condenser until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is evaporated to something here and the new dye is obtained by letting it crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 4,8-disulfosäure und 2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfo- säure mit Fluorchrom behandelt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauer, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit violetter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, echte blaue Töne.
