Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines    neuen     metallhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man das Kupplungsprodukt aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure     und     1-(3'-Sulfamido)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyr-          azolon    mit     Fluorchrom    behandelt.

   Der neue       metallhaltige    Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel  rotes Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blau  roter, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit roter  Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem  Bade gefärbt, reine, echte blaurote Töne.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  60,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          ter        2-Amino-l-ogynaphthalin-4,8-disulfosäure     und     1-(3'-Sulfamido)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyr-          azolon    werden in 1500 Teilen Wasser ko  chend gelöst, mit einer     Fluorchromlösung     entsprechend 20 Teilen Chromoxyd versetzt  und so lange unter Zusatz von Glaspulver       am.        Rückflusskühler    gekocht, bis sich der    chromhaltige Farbstoff gebildet hat.

   Die       Farbstöfflösung    wird hierauf etwas einge  dampft und der neue Farbstoff durch     Kri-          stallisierenlassen    oder durch     Aussalzen    ge  wonnen.

   The new metal-containing dye forms a dark red powder, dissolves in water with blue-red color, in dilute sodium hydroxide solution with red color and produces pure, genuine blue-red tones on wool, dyed from an acid bath.



  <I> Example: </I> 60.8 parts of the dye from diazotized 2-amino-l-ogynaphthalene-4,8-disulfonic acid and 1- (3'-sulfamido) -phenyl-3-methyl-5- Pyrazolon are dissolved in 1500 parts of boiling water, mixed with a fluorochrome solution corresponding to 20 parts of chromium oxide and boiled with the addition of glass powder on a reflux condenser until the chromium-containing dye has formed.

   The dye solution is then slightly evaporated and the new dye is obtained by allowing it to crystallize or by salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man das Kupplungsprodukt aus diazotierter 2-Amino-l-oxynaphthalin- 4,8-disulfosäure und 1-(3'-Sulfamido)-phenyl- 3-methyl-5-pyrazolon mit Fluorchrom be handelt. Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelrotes Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauroter, in verdünnter Natron lauge mit roter Farbe und erzeugt auf Wolle, aus saurem Bade gefärbt, reine, echte blau rote Töne.
