Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 136650.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man 1     Mol     des     5,5'-Diogy-7,7'-disulfo-1,2,2',1'-dinaphtha-          zins    mit 2     Mol        diazotierter        4-Chlor-2-amino-l-          phenol-6-sulfosäure    kombiniert und den er  haltenen Farbstoff mit kupferabgebenden  Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der neue kupferhaltige     Farbstoff    ist  trocken ein dunkles Pulver, welches in Was  ser und in verdünnten Alkalien mit blauer  und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grün  schwarzer Farbe löslich ist. Baumwolle wird  aus     sodaalkalischem    Bade in echten, insbe  sondere lichtechten, blaugrauen Tönen an  gefärbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  47,2 Teile des     5,5'-Dioxy-7,7'-disrrlfo-1,2,          2',1'-dinaphthazins    werden zusammen mit  25 Teilen Soda in 500 Teilen Wasser in  Lösung gebracht und mit dem     Diazokörper     aus 45 Teilen     4-Chlor-2-aminophenol-6-sulfo-          säure    kombiniert. Dieser Farbstoff wird in  3000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und bei Koch-         temperatur    mit 50 Teilen kristallisiertem  Kupfersulfat versetzt, worauf sich die Kupfer  verbindung des     Farbstoffes    bildet welche  mit Kochsalz aus der Lösung abgeschieden  wird.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbsto$es, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol des 5,5'-Dioxy-7, 7'-disulfo-1,2,2', 1'; dinaphthazins mit 2 Mol diazotierter 4- Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfosäure kombi niert und den erhaltenen Farbstoff mit kup ferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt. Der neue kupferhaltige Farbstoff ist trocken ein dunkles Pulver, welches in Was ser und in verdünnten Alkalien mit blauer und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grünschwarzer Farbe löslich ist.
