      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 143026.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den     Azofarbstoff    aus     5-Nitro-4-chlor-2-diazo-          1-phenol    und     1-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfo-          säure    mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff bil  det getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver, das Natur  seide in     grünstichig    blauen Tönen färbt.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    8,77 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotiertem          5-Nitro-4-chlor-2-amino-l-pheriol    und     1-Amino-          8-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfosäure    werden mit 400  Teilen Wasser und 5 Teilen Ammoniak gelöst  und mit einer aus 5,0 Teilen kristallisiertem  Kupfersulfat und 7 Teilen Ammoniak herge  stellten     Kupferoxydammonialdösung    kurze    Zeit im Sieden erhalten, die gebildete Kupfer  verbindung hierauf     ausgesalzen,    filtriert und  getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus Nitro-4-chlor-2-diazo-l-phenol und 1-Amino- 8-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfosäure mit kupferabge benden Mitteln behandelt. Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff bildet getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver, das Naturseide in grünstichig blauen Tönen färbt.
